Driving brand consistency across regions through sustained creative collaboration

John Deere needed a long-term creative partner to produce a high volume of coordinated marketing materials across multiple product lines and regions while maintaining strict brand consistency. After several successful agency-led projects, they contracted with me directly as an on-site embedded designer for five years, working alongside a staff copywriter.

I developed hundreds of concepts and thousands of final executions across print, publication, and digital media—covering product brochures, direct mail programs, ad campaigns, and digital campaigns for key equipment lines. Many materials were also localized for English, English Canadian, and French Canadian markets.

This sustained partnership delivered scalable, brand-aligned creative output that supported major campaign reach and market expansion while improving efficiency and consistency across John Deere’s communications.
