HOLT CAT, the largest authorized Caterpillar (CAT) equipment and engine dealer in the United States, needed clear marketing communications to support rapid growth and multiple acquisitions across more than 35 locations. Along with promoting full-service capabilities—sales, leasing, service, and parts—their messaging also needed to reinforce HOLT’s culture of Values-Based Leadership and legendary customer service.

I developed customer-focused collateral and campaigns that highlighted their expanded network, service offerings, and brand values. Deliverables included product and service brochures, print and digital advertising, and internal/external communications supporting acquisition integration and brand alignment.

This work unified HOLT CAT’s message during expansion, strengthening market awareness, customer trust, and cultural consistency across new locations.
