A former colleague from a different company contacted me from Alphapointe with interest in putting together a writer/designer team to produce business-to-business product sell sheets mainly for online distribution. Additional work grew from there.

The first sell sheet developed was for the B3 Aviator Pen—in a new color for the pen model. Out of the initial project scope discussion, one of the claims made by Alphapointe is that the B3 is the top choice of fighter pilots. To verify this claim, I spoke with a military pilot who confirmed the claim, citing the unique size and shape that fits well into a flight suit pocket and the value of the multifunction pen/pencil. This knowledge was the foundation for the visual concept.​

I worked on concept development with the copywriter and design layout per brand guidelines. The product poster versions of the sell sheets were ordered months later.
